The Fair

From Thursday 22 through Sunday September 25, 2016 the Fifth edition of the annual art fair for unique contemporary works of art on paper: gouache, collage, watercolour, paint, charcoal, pen or ink will take place in Amsterdam.
The location will be the same as in previous editions: A temporary pavillion on the NDSM-Werf in Amsterdam-Noord.

Pin-Up #2

Arno Kramer (artist, curator) was the curator of last year’s Pin-Up #1, where he had a choice out of all the artworks form the participating galleries.
This year Jeannette and Martijn Sanders, art collectors, were willing to take this task and give the presentation allure. Under the name Pin-Up #2, they will present their personal selection on two big walls, one at the entrance of the fair and one in the middle.
We are very grateful that they took this prestigious job.

Drawing Attention, Words on Paper

“Drawing Attention, Words on paper” offers you, two times per afternoon on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, a serious but informal conversation with an artist whose work strongly involves paper.

The talks will be moderated by Diana Wind who, as director, put Stedelijk Museum Schiedam on the map.
Her affection for art on paper showed throughout her programming in the museum exhibitions.

Friday 23 September:
first talk 14.00 hrs: Nik Christensen
second talk 15.00 hrs: Davor Vrankic

Saturday 24 September:
first talk 14.00 hrs: Jantien Jongsma
second talk 15.00 hrs: Rupert Eder

Sunday 25 September:
first talk 14.00 hrs: Lenneke van der Goot
second talk 15.00 hrs: Aldert Mantje en Peter Kempff

Place:
The public space on the fair.
